Process  22 technical eCare documents were provided by the Scottish Executive  The documents cover architecture, design, data, security, risk management, implementation etc.  We are asked:  Do the documents meet their objectives and scope?  Is the solution adequate and based on sound principles and good practice?

Findings  The quality of the documentation ranges from good to excellent  The documentation is clear, concise and meets its objectives  The architectural + technical challenges have been successfully met  Now, focus on more detailed design and overview documentation
