Current Status  21 Families in Troop 1257  12 Families have signed up to serve on committee and /or troop positions  8 of the 12 Families serve in multiple positions  9 Families have not yet signed up  57% families are carrying the troop We need 100% participation!

Needed Volunteer Positions  Committee Positions:  Monthly Activity Coordinator (need 7)  Equipment Manager  Training Coordinator  Court of Honor Coordinator  Troop Positions  Monthly Adult Family Camper (need 9)  Assistant Scoutmasters  Merit Badge Counselors

Volunteer Sign-up Approach  Every family must sign-up to help!  Monthly Activity Coordinators / Adult Campers are our greatest need  These positions only require your time for a short duration!  If a family handles both the planning and adult camping together we could easily solve our crisis  Current Committee and Troop volunteers can fill-in AFTER we have reached 100% participation
