There are 3 kinds of Heat Transfer Conduction Convection Radiation

Convection at work Heating up a fluid causes its density to decrease – it is more bouyant, so it moves up. Cooler material is denser and moves down.

Just like in Kona! The sun heats up the mountain, the air moves upslope – and condenses to form clouds – keeping the coffee plants shaded!
