CT.gov Update Transition from ConneCT to CT.gov Update links on your site from ConneCT to CT.gov ConneCT graphic changed to CT.gov on state websites Redirect from to ct.gov is planned for December 1, 2002.

CT.gov Update Transition from ConneCT to CT.gov Update links on your site from ConneCT to CT.gov ( changes should be made by November 29) Most pages within ConneCT have been moved to CT.gov so links can be updated to the new address. We have created a conversion chart to assist with this process. Once redirect is in place any links going to the ConneCT site will be redirected to the CT.gov home page.

CT.gov Update Transition from ConneCT to CT.gov ConneCT graphic changed to CT.gov on state websites (Should be completed by November 29, 2002) All State of Connecticut sites with a Link to ConneCT from their home page should replace ConneCT graphic with the CT.gov graphic. Graphic and new code provided on CPI Website Redirect is planned for December 1, 2002.

CT.gov Update Deliverables to complete Pilot Phase  All pilot sites in production  Development of a CT.gov Style Guide and best practices, standardized procedures for training and support  Portal Management Group (PMG) migration project plan tested  Place all relevant information above on a website

Portal Implementation A. Pre-migration Identify team leader Submit modified Project Profile & Site Survey to be put in queue If requested, PMG will go out to agencies and give high level portal presentation Existing site cleanup (see checklist)

Portal Implementation C. Site Navigation and Content Mapping Examine current content and develop customer driven navigation Determine Common Elements content PMG assistance available upon request to conduct formal brainstorming session.
