Video Exercise You will watch the video clip “The Geography of China.” While watching the video clip you will: 1) write down the geographic features discussed in the film clip 2) evaluate what effect these features might have on the people of China
Class work In pairs, students will complete the “Han Lee’s Restaurant” exercise. Students will take turns reading each “dish” on the menu. Using the map provided, students will find where the ingredients for the dish would be found in China.
