Group Leaders are, in essence, identified volunteers. Group Leaders have the same rights and abilities as Group Participants. They are the Participants who are listed on the Group Leadership page. Group Key Leaders are a better choice if: –Your unit already has a volunteer Admin and they’re seeking support. –You feel like the Group would be better served by staff in the primary maintenance role. 8 Which one(s) should my Group have?

You are not responsible for the maintenance of Participant-created Groups made by members. The Participant-created Group originator is automatically the Admin. The Admin can add additional admins or Group Key Leaders as they see fit. 9 What about Participant-created Groups?
