SCOPE & DURATION OF THE TRAINING The usual duration of the training generally 1 week (5 days); However, we can organise bespoke programmes to last for a longer period but not exceeding six months at any single instance. Orientation and identification of structures to assess competency levels during training, and refinement of curriculum. Hands-on training, by consulting with the group to identify their skills gap. Concluding the training, reviewing materials, arranging visits and providing ongoing assistance to participants.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY Our training programmes uses traditional tried and tested techniques which include instructor led lectures, training videos and simulations. Presentations will be integrated with interactive group discussions. Case studies will ensure a firm basis of the training course, highlighting recent international practical experience, current regulatory and industry developments, and likely future trends and expectations. Workshop exercises, breaking up the group into smaller units, will give practical experience and simulate real-life examples. Comprehensive training course notes will be provided for future reference.

ACCREDITATION & CERTIFICATION Alexander Brookes is accredited by the British Accreditation Council (BAC). This means that high quality thresholds are guaranteed, and UK Border Agency requirements are met for delegate visa purposes. At the end of the training programme, each participant will be presented with a certificate summarising the skills they have acquired during the course, signed by the Course Director.
