9 Our Terms of Engagement
We accept retained search engagements on an exclusive basis. All candidates, regardless of source, whether internal or external, will be included in the search process to ensure every candidate is assessed on a consistent basis. Our one-year guarantee applies to all candidates, regardless of source, whether internal or external. One-third of the estimated professional service fee is billed and is payable at the start of each retained search. The second service fee is billed and is payable at 30 days. Final installment is payable when the candidate signs back the offer. Candidate and consultant travel are billable at cost.
