Mission and Purpose Our mission is to enhance the capability and capacity of the healthcare system in North Idaho and to improve collaboration, communication and coordination with ALL partners The purpose of the Coalition is to serve as a multi-agency coordinating group to assist our counties’ Emergency Managers by supporting their Emergency Operations Plan (ESF#8), our healthcare system providers and our community to plan, prepare, respond and recover from incidents that have a public health and healthcare delivery impact within our community.
