The Annual Review: Background Final Report on Faculty Roles and Responsibilities recommended a comprehensive evaluation of faculty every three years after tenure In the 2008 round of collective bargaining that led to the establishment of the two work patterns, Article 19 (formerly 16)-Performance Review of Faculty was negotiated. Article 19.1 Came into effect on July 1, 2009, Stipulates that tenured faculty must submit an Annual Report by June 1, 2010 and by June 1 of each academic year thereafter. Tenurable, conditional tenurable, and eligible limited- term faculty must submit the Annual Report as part of their tenure dossier by April 30.
