Parent Drop In (college questions) on Thursday, 3/19th between 6:00 – 7:30 pm Apprenticeship Program Night at Heritage Tuesday 4/21, 7:00 pm SAT and Subject Tests dates: May 2 at BRHS (deadline April 6) and June 6 at PVHS (deadline May 8) AP/Dual Enrollment Night on May 19 at 6:30 pm ACT dates: June 13 at Clarke Co or Herndon (deadline May 8) ON YOUR RADAR?

YOU HAVE OPTIONS Military 2. Apprenticeship 3. Gap Year Program 4. Technical/Career College 5. Community College Pathways Program Various Certificates and Degrees 6. 4 Year College/University

1.Know your plan for after graduation. 2.If college, your choices are narrowed down to 5-6 schools. 3.If college, you know the admission type (EA, ED, regular) and your deadlines. 4.If college and plan to play DI or II sports, you are registered at the NCAA Eligibility Center. 5.You had a summer program experience that will add depth to your college/career /scholarship applications. 6.You updated your resume in Family Connections to include all of your activities, leadership experiences, service opportunities and academic enrichment programs. 7.If necessary, register for a final SAT, Subject Test(s), and/or ACT BY SEPTEMBER

Meet with your counselor in September Attend the College Application Workshop in September Attend the College Fair one last time Take one more SAT, ACT, and/or Subject Test Apply by winter break Leave WINTER for scholarship applications. FALL OF SENIOR YEAR

 Apply online  Submit one Transcript Release form per school - $3.00/ea  We send your transcript and a Secondary School Report  Ask for recommendations from counselor and/or teacher  Write and rewrite your essay with the help of your English teacher  3 WEEK NOTICE NEEDED!
