A hormone or enzyme is produced to do a job. It reacts with the body. This reaction then causes another gland to react and produce a hormone or enzyme to bring the body back to a normal state. It reacts with the body. This cycle is continuous. Reactions are continuous. Human Gland System There are glands throughout our body. Each gland produces a specific hormone or enzyme for a specific job. What happens when a gland gets turned ON, and unable to be turned OFF.
