School to Work Grant Initiative Grant funding provided by: Three year of project in Marion County with 24 active participants. 32 Washington County students first two years. Of 12 actively involved, 4 hired within this past year! Goal: Assist young adults with DD ages16-21 transition from school to ongoing employment that provides competitive pay, personal pride and joy. Achieve with us.

We believe that everyone can work and has something to contribute! Project Employ provides advocacy support, creative strategies and person-centered approaches while facilitating collaborative interagency team relationships and helping students navigate the transition process Technical Assistance provided by Debra McLean of OTAC Achieve with us.
