3 Project Roles and Responsibilities Coordinator / Project Manager Responsible for: developing a definition of the project coordinating the work managing relationships with a wide range of groups ensuring project timing and resources managing the work of consultants maintaining a cooperative, motivated and successful team high goal orientation identification with the project topic flexibility & international thinking

4 Project Roles and Responsibilities Financial Manager Responsible for: providing administrative support to the Coordinator/PM monitoring from the financial point of view the expenses at project checking the financial flow at subproject level good experience in transnational projects good knowledge of European legal framework good knowledge of Programme rules

5 Project Roles and Responsibilities Trainer Responsible for: supervising the process training support good goal orientation holistic thinking know-how and experiences in different methodologies and subjects strong in communication convincing and diplomatic behaviour in critical situations high social and spiritual competences
