3 The Five BOA Member Responsibilities 1.Direct an internal CII team to review current processes against CII norms. 2.Develop an annual CII execution plan for capital project delivery process improvement. 3.Personal involvement in BOA meetings, Annual Conference, and other CII activities. 4.Nominate personnel for CII committees and research teams. 5.Assure 70% response to CII surveys.

6 #2 – Develop an Annual CII Execution Plan Meet with your CII Team regularly –Early in the Year Develop/review/re-evaluate committee/team participation Identify Implementation Plan for one or two practices –Before Spring BOA Meeting Review CII Research Slate and identify those topics that align with areas where your organization has expertise or needs to improve. –After Spring BOA Meeting Nominate your seasoned personnel to share their knowledge – chair/co-chair Nominate your rising stars to develop them – members Before Fall BOA Meeting – Discuss research that would benefit your organization –Before the Annual Conference Determine who is attending – expect BOA Advisor/Alternates and Implementation Champion Determine which sessions you want covered and request a report –At or after the Annual Conference Share learnings & plan new implementation(s)

Attend Performance Improvement Workshops (PIW) regularly to learn how to implement CII Best Practices. Challenge your Professional Development Coordinator(s) Actively seek ways to augment current professional development practices and fill gaps in your educational programs. Attend PIWs on topics selected for integration by Implementation Champion or absent in current training resources.
