If we want to make some positive changes, we are going to need some good ARCS members to back us up.

11. TRAINING SEASON Two or three Executive Committee meetings annually
Immediately following Spring Meeting
Summer Planning Session or Conference Calls
Fall Planning Session prior to the ACS meeting

12. MAKING THE PITCH Residency Coordinators to become ARCS members
ARCS members to be part of the Executive Committee
Abstracts for 2013 ARCS meeting in Orlando, Fl to be submitted
Evaluations to be completed and returned to us
