LOCAL COMMUNITY PLANNING Supporting the Process  The Communities Department of Dundee City Council were charged with leading the process.  The Neighbourhood Partnership Networks provide a mechanism for co-ordinating partner agencies input.  The Building Stronger Communities Theme Group and the Community Learning Partnership provide strategic direction and support.  The Chief Executive of DCC meets NPN Chairs and Communities Officers every 2 months  Local Community Plans formally approved by the Dundee Partnership Management Group and Dundee City Council.
