Examples of PMwSI cont. Practice Management Competency Framework Aim:- That all Practice Managers within the PCT are able to achieve the competencies outlined within the new GMS contract at either level 1, 2 or 3. The service being developed is identifying the specific learning needs of individual existing and new Practice Managers, and implementing a series of training courses that meet the identified needs.
