UNCLOS ALL STATES SHALL COOPERATE TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT IN THE REPRESSION OF PIRACY ON THE HIGH SEAS OR IN ANY OTHER PLACE OUTSIDE THE JURISDICTION OF ANY STATE.
