 Spiritual  Physical  Emotional  Intellectual  Environmental  Vocational  Social

 The ability the live a healthy life style in the aspect of physical fitness

 Interacting with people in ones own environment  Being able to have successful relationship with others  Acting appropriately in the based on the setting you are in.

 To retain information and put it to use in your life  School  Family  Future occupation or current

 Need to be okay with the type of job you have  Ability to make a balance your time for all the important things in ones life. We love our jobs!

 Need to be able to control emotions in all aspects of life.  Ability to express them also in a way that everyone understands

 Does not have to be a religious meaning but it can be  Can help a person grow and learn based on what they want out of it  Can give a person a sense of direction in life and try to find its true meaning.

 Promotes health measure of the environment to help improve standard of living which is key to a community.  Also makes laws and helps protect the physical environment.

 Depression is a key factor of not staying well so there are key factors to detect depression.  Changes in sleeping or eating patterns  Withdrawal from social and academic participation  Significant decrease in quality of work  Low energy level  Poor personal hygiene and/or appearance  Crying, outbursts of anger, unusual irritability, road rage  Boredom, restlessness or poor concentration

 Eat a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods  Exercise regularly  Get a good night sleep  Reduce stress  Wash your hands  Avoid tobacco and drugs Recommended hours of sleep for people 18+ years old is hours a night

 Always be aware of your surroundings  Wear seat belts  Protect yourself from sexual diseases  Protect your skin  Get a check up regularly  Incase you are in harm, seek help
