Disaster Management law Example Negligency upon high risk development  subject to a minimum term of imprisonment of 3 years or a maximum term of 6 years and a minimum penalty of IDR 300 million or a maximum penalty of IDR 200 million Causes lost of asset or goods  perpetrator is subject to a minimum term of imprisonment of 6 years or a maximum of 8 years and a minimum penalty of IDR 600 million or a maximum penalty of IDR 3 billion. DRR-A Project Purpose To make disaster risk reduction a normal part of the local level development process established in core functions of Aceh’s local government agencies, its public and private partners, local communities and families. Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR – A) “Making Aceh Safer Through Disaster Risk Reduction in Development” or DRR-A has been prepared to support Aceh’s Provincial & District Government Agencies, communities and community based partners re-organize themselves to better prepare for and mitigate disaster risks.

DRR – A Project output Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR – A) NAD 1 Institutional arrangement and enabling environment established to facilitate participatory and concerted implementation of DRR measures 2 Demonstration gender-sensitive project implemented in selected location to test and improve measures for reducing risk from natural disasters 3 TDMRC-UNSYIAH strengthened to provide science-based information, service and knowledge assistance to the local government and other DRR proponents in implementing their DRR activities 4 DRR public awareness programmes implemented to promote gender sensitive “culture of safety” among the people and institutions of Aceh 5 Project effectively and efficiently managed, monitored, evaluated and audited.
