Learning Topic: Careers and benefits Focus Question: What type of jobs do you think are required to run a research facility that uses animals?

Activity: Careers and Breakthroughs Worksheet Conversations: you can discuss answers with up to 2 people at a time. Help: ask 3, then me if you have a question. Activity: use posters and pamphlets to answer questions about breakthroughs in medicine and careers associated with biomedical research. Movement: you can move throughout the classroom at an appropriate speed (walk). Participation: discuss with each other as you complete this. We will discuss answers after 15 minutes and you need to turn this in at the end of class.
