Overview 2013 – Started investigation into current costs and whether there is an adequate alternative to accurately make flow measurements and telemeter data 2014 – Acquisition of equipment, consultant aid and telemetry contracts. Installation of various site arrays for testing and configuration of online data communication platform – Testing of new telemetry system vs. the current system as well as implementation of additional continually monitored sites.

Possible Solution A combination of cellular and radio communication – Costs as low as $35/site/yr – O&M can be managed in house (WD1 staff) with no significant increase in cost
