Provides training and technical assistance to Corporation grantees, community-based organizations, and nonprofits that use volunteers to strengthen communities. Facilitates information-sharing among Corporation grantees: Senior Corps, AmeriCorps, VISTA, NCCC, and Learn and Serve America.
