Five perspectives Impact CO1-CO5 (SC Survey & ELTO) Reputation and Satisfaction (SC Survey) - Customers satisfied with Council services - Customers perceive the Council as innovative Audiences (projects teams) Management results (Input centrally) Leadership (Staff Survey) There are 5 aspects that are reported on.
