A values and principles driven Academy guiding the ethos and organisation of the academy through specifically planned: Student and stakeholder engagement (Cultural diagnostic survey) Values evolved from the stakeholders (Fairness, ambition and respect) Values induction programmes (Sponsor and SSAT support) Academy Structure (Family Tutor Groups) Policy and Protocols (Staff and student codes and agreed lines of communication Balanced score card approach (Cultural shift) The Co-operative Academy of Manchester
