This is a very interesting question to which all of us are looking for the exact answer. Probably all I can say is ….

PLANNING Plan your work ahead so that you can enjoy and finish your work in stipulated time

Break your work into small action plans so that you do not find it very stressful and you will start feeling better every time you achieve an action plan set.

Allocate your work to subordinates properly (whatever you can) so that you can spend your time on more important assignments and hence enjoy doing your work.

Forget about the statement, "It can't be done.“ The more creative you become in your job, the further you can go. Focus on possible solutions. Look at the problem differently. Whatever you do, don't let the hurdle render you ineffective.

Identify three or four new, personal goals you can achieve. Consider training opportunities or skills that will make you more marketable Set new, personal work-related goals.

If you feel that you’re getting too monotonous with the current work you are doing, then please start with another work that interests you and finish it successfully. Then you can come back to the work you were doing earlier, surprisingly you will find that the same work which was difficult earlier is now comfortable.

Take a break whenever you feel that the work is over stressing you. You can listen to a song and chat with friends which will relax you so that you can enjoy doing your work.

Keep the rewards you got on your soft board. This will make you get away from stress when you see them. Drink lot of water to stay cool always. Don't take your personal emotions to office and avoid attending mobile phones unless if it’s an emergency.

Do it right first time whatever work assigned to you. Planning your work is important. Beyond that working as per the plan is more important. This will obviously help us to enjoy our work and success will be at your doorstep.
