This facility does not offer a way for members to track their progression in training programs. Many members have notebooks which take up floor space and could be a hazard to others. An easy to use app could get rid of the notebooks and allow members to track their exercises in a quick and easy way. Fitness Facility

RepCount is a weight training application used to track progression through a weight training program. It is very easy to find exercises on RepCount so no time is wasted searching. Very user friendly. It has what the user wants it to have. No extras like videos that just waste time for people who know how to do the exercises Tracks progress with different graphs and tells user what their max for each exercise is. RepCount

Members will download the app onto their smart phone and we will offer an instructional session. This will only take a few minutes to explain how to find exercises and record sets. Instructional session will also go over the graphs and predicted max weight that RepCount calculates. Members will see benefits as soon as they begin recording exercises. How will RepCount be used?

Members will track exercises and not have to deal with trying to remember what they did last workout since it will all be in the history of the app. It will save floor space so no tripping over notebooks can occur The predicted max weight able to lift will assist members in choosing a weight for their exercise. This will save more time by members knowing already what they can do and not having to do trial and error. Benefits
