San Diego County Office of Education JCCS East Mesa Leadership Site 30% of the students are RSP and 60% are SDC. 50% of the students are identified as having emotional disturbance,30% specific learning disability, 17% other health impaired and 3% in speech, autistic or traumatic brain injury.
