14  Everyone in the school must be able to “feel” a part of the school’s culture.  It has to do with what the Administration, Staff, Teachers, Parents, and Students do, and how they do it.  It has to do with what the Administration, Staff, Teachers, Parents, and Students say and how they say it.  It distinguishes how the Community around that school perceives it and its members.  It must be based on respect, kindness, and helping everyone be the best that they can be.
