ADOPTION OF THE LAW WILL: Improve the quality of state services and their accessibility for citizens and business entities. Ensure the focus of the state bodies’ activities on applicants' interests. Improve the efficiency of functional and operational processes within state bodies. Improve transparency of activities of the state structures. Reduce the costs of interaction of individuals and organizations with state authorities. Provide equal access for all segments of population to state services.
