Statements and Questions By Tracie Kile 3 rd grade

Statements A statement is a sentence that tells something. It ends with a period (.). Messages can be sent in many different way. Messages can be written or spoken The sky is blue.

Questions A question is a sentence that ask something. It ends with a question mark (?). Do you know a secret code? Can a flashlight be used to send Morse Code? Are smoke signals one kind of code?
