July 20, 1944 Hitler survived an assassination attempt due to a quick change In location. The meeting where the attempt took place was supposed to be in an under ground bunker, but the location was changed to the headquarters. The assassination would have worked if it was in the bunker, but since not he got away with lots of splinters in his legs and some of his lower torso. Go back
