SEM1 4.05 - 1 Kiosk Activity Students will work in pairs and do the following: Choose a sports or entertainment event Design & create a Kiosk that you would see at the event – draw & color the kiosk Examples can be concessions, (beverages, nachos, cheese steaks, etc.) merchandise (hats, tees, posters, mugs, etc.) or promotional (sign up today for our new credit card…) Illustrate how the merchandise will be displayed (physical layout) Provide a list of merchandise and prices Choose and illustrate the location of the kiosk Explain why you chose that location

SEM1 4.05 - 2 Shoebox Venue Activity Students are required to bring a shoe box to school for this project – Students work in teams of 3 and use teacher supplied materials Students cut, design and add props to a shoebox to design a bird’s eye view of a venue designed for a sporting or entertainment event of their choice Venue must have 3 amenities (ATM’s, concessions, lost and found stations, nursing stations, etc.) Venue must also include 3 advertisements placed strategically throughout the venue (scoreboard, on-field, bottom of bleachers, etc.) Venue must include 1 interactive fan experience (meet players at a signing area, picnics, slides, etc.) Venue must include a scoreboard with some type of signage
