e-Portfolio Process General Overview Takes place each trimester Integral part of academic assessment and development Essential component of grade level completion requirements If e-portfolio is not completed in an acceptable and timely manner...  Suspension of report cards  Vacation extension work  Potential repeating of grade level.

Trimester e-Portfolio Requirements Students must effectively organize work during the trimester in digital form with appropriate back-up (dropbox, hard drive, etc.). Scan or take photos of artifacts such as art, posters, labs, exams, etc. Create one pdf document that encompasses all selected artifacts and class reflections in the following order. Present e-portfolio at student lead trimester conferences

e-Portfolio PDF order (1) English, (2) Español, (3) Mathematics, (4) Science, (5) Estudios Sociales, (6) Co-curricular, (7) Social reflection  Co-curricular = PE, CAS, Art, Drama, Music, Logic, CCP, Creative Block Each #1-6 must include  4 square Piece Reflection with included artifact  4 square Subject Reflection
