Ida-Virumaa Vocational education centre is an educational institution with 60 years of experience and continuous development focusing on the requirements of the north-east Estonian labour market. The school has over the years traditionally specialised in technical and services courses. Location of VET institutions in Estonia Tallinn

IVVEC is the member of different associations and federations : Estonian Association of Electrical Enterprises, Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association, Federation of Estonian Engineering Industry, Federation of Estonian Chemical Industries, Estonian Association of Mining Enterprises, Estonian Association of Construction Enterpreneurs IVVEC has been sertified since 2007 for ISO 9001:2008 Number of students On the basis of basic education 714 On the basis of secondary education 416 Prison education 75 Total 1205 students Students by language of instruction in school Estonian as the language of instruction 234 Russian as the language of instruction 971 Adult education proceeds from the principle of lifelong learning and it has envolved cooperation with enterprises of the region which are an important factor in the region's development. The number of adult participants in work-related training courses in continuous education and retraining approximately 1000 in year. Personnel: 130 employees / 75 teachers

Development of Intercultural Competence of Students and Trainers in EU VET institutions LLP-LdV-TOI-2013-LT-0145 WP leader: P5 Ida-Virumaa Kutsehariduskeskus/IVKHK, Estonia WP8 - Dissemination. Valorization: transferability and recognition Start/end: 10/ /2015. Duration: 24 months Main aim: - To disseminate information about the Project activities and its results to the target groups, beneficiaries and policy makers (VET administration, VET trainers, VET students, social workers/pedagogues, psychologists, social partners, scientists and practitioners of educational sciences, education policy makers). Objectives: -To develop dissemination and valorization plans in every partner country; -To communicate the project results through different media such as the project website, newsletters, bulletins, leaflets, social networks, blogs, etc. -To present the Project at national and European events; -To organize 3 dissemination seminars in each partner country (6, 17 and 24th month of the Project); -To organize a European event; -To inform education policy makers, bodies responsible for enhancing intercultural competence, etc, in order to boost the use of the INCOM-VET results in official channels.

Consortium members will be involved in the following: 1. Development of INCOM-VET dissemination and valorization plans 2. Setting up of the website and e-learning platform for uploading of the developed materials 3. Using social networks for dissemination 4. Newsletters and dissemination through own channels (partner’s website, bulletins, etc.) Every partner will use its website to disseminate the project and will provide the website link and a short abstract. All partners will contribute to send periodical information through its own channels, bulletins, radio, TV and other media agencies. At least 3 official newsletters will be produced every year during the project execution

Consortium members will be involved in the following: 5. Attendance and participation in events All partners will contribute to disseminating the project in relevant events at national and European levels. They will disseminate the project in at least 8 events each during the project life time 6. The INCOM-VET European Conference At the final stage of the project a Conference will be organized in Switzerland by ECAP. This event will meet relevant stakeholders from the industrial sector, associations, VET, policy- makers, etc. The conference will present the project results and will serve as a forum and networking event in orderto identify and exchange knowledge and best practises 7. The INCOM-VET advertising materials A set of advertising materials addressed to VET institutions and policy makers will be produced by 2nd month of the Project

Consortium members will be involved in the following: 8. Networking with related funded projects on intercultural competence issues 9. Presentation of the results to the administration and public bodies 10. Development of a further idea for new projects and initiatives Sub-contract costs will be allocated for organization of seminars, publishing of articles in newspapers, development and printing of dissemination materials in national languages of the Project partners Short description of result: Presentation of the Project activities and its results to target groups and policy makers
