The ITE TSS Capability reflected in Integrated Training Environment (ITE) at two levels: Blended TSS ITE: The correct levels and quantities of Training Support Products (TADSS), Services (Manpower & Operating Funds), Facilities and Management/TADSS Maintenance provided to all installations based on their unit and institutional training missions. LVC ITE: At selected locations, the additional technical integration of selected TADSS to create a persistent common operating picture and integrated environment to support unit training during ARFORGEN Train/Ready.

TSS Efficiencies Implement a TSS Manpower & Contract Strategy centered on 3 LoE: Standard Garrison Organization (SGO): Govt Manning Army-wide manpower reductions impacted TSS portion of Standard Garrison Organization (SGO) in IMCOM; TSS structure in EUR and PAC. 2.
