TACOM - Develop, acquire, field, and sustain soldier and ground systems for the warfighter through the integration of effective and timely acquisition, logistics, and cutting-edge technology. ACC - Provide global contracting support to warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations. SDDC - Provide expeditionary and sustained end-to-end deployment and distribution to meet the Nation's objectives. USASAC - USASAC leads the AMC Security Assistance Enterprise; develops and manages security assistance programs and foreign military sales cases to build partner capacity, support COCOM engagement strategies and strengthen U.S. Global partnerships. LOGSA- As the Army's Authoritative source for logistics data, provide logistics intelligence, life cycle support, and technical advice and assistance to the current and future force; Integrate logistics information (force structure, readiness, and other logistics data) for worldwide equipment readiness, distribution analysis, and asset visibility for timely and proactive decision making. CMA - The U.S. Army's Chemical Materials Agency (CMA) is the world leader in programs to store, treat, and dispose of chemical weapons safely and effectively. OPM-SANG - is the US Army organization that advises, assists, trains and manages the foreign military sales (FMS) investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s National Guard military modernization effort. OPM-SANG’s mission is to “assist the Saudi Arabian National Guard modernization efforts to develop a more capable, self sufficient defense force while enhancing the vital partnership between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America” RDECOM - Empower, unburden, and protect the Warfighter to enable the dominance of the Army. Part of Global Responsive Sustainment is to integrate, consolidate and optimize sustainment support; ensuring for home station sustainment support and the ability to project forces. AMC’s building block at home station is the installation DOL, a “AA” entity, officially titled “Logistic Readiness Center”. 7 ISR 305 : Food Service Description: Provide healthy food service to Subsistence in Kind (SIK) and other authorized personnel authorized by the senior commander to dine in the dining facility. ASC supports all DFACs with contract and/or DAC/LN labor to provide food service to our customers. Contract labor is provided through two separate types of contracts (AR Definitions): Full Food Service (FFS) which operate the full operation of an Army dining facility or a Dining Facility Attendant (DFA) which performs janitorial/custodial duties within a DFAC. Also includes SSMO operations, equipment replacement, and DFAC equipment maintenance. Locations: 174 DFACs world wide (141 CONUS, 18 Korea, 15 Europe) 78 Full Food Service DFACs (either Contractor or LN Operated) 96 Dining Facility Attendant DFACs (i.e. 92G Military Operated w/ DFA contract or LN supporting) SSMO: 30 worldwide; 15 contracts Total FY 17 Requirements Challenges Legal constraints in contracting No maintenance program management history DoD meal rate increase required (DoDI ) $15M in FSE maintenance not included above but identified as valid requirement.
