4 Assessment Plans: Institutional Effectiveness Standard 7 requires a written assessment plan and process for the assessment of overall institutional effectiveness. Conceptually, this assessment umbrella includes the assessment of student learning (addressed in detail in Standard 14)… Assessment Plans: Student Learning One of the Fundamental Elements of Standard 14 requires a "plan that describes student learning assessment activities being undertaken...." the plan may be integrated within the self-study or may be a separate document.
