Correct WVEIS Information Administrators and teachers must provide accurate information for student and course enrollment. On the 1 st of November administrators at each school will receive (Pre-Slug) student enrollment information. Student enrollment information must be checked for accuracy and submitted by posted due date, prior to the testing window. Students will not be able to take on-line tests if enrollment is inaccurate.

End-of-Course Technical Skills Tests A Preview of what students will see when accessing the EOCTST On-Line.

Before On-Line Testing Can Occur Administrators at each school will be ed student user names and passwords. Teachers will need to provide this information to each student along with the web address to access each test.

Students can click on the arrow at the bottom right corner of the page to see the next question. Students can go back to the beginning to check answers. On the last question students must click on “Submit Quiz” to complete their test and receive a score. If a question was left unanswered the student has the opportunity to go back to that question by clicking to the left side of the screen and clicking on the unanswered question. Students may also click on the highlighted questions to return to an unanswered question. Once the test is submitted and there are no unanswered questions the students will immediately receive their score.

After “Submit Quiz” is selected Warnings You have 50 unanswered questions. To answer them now, click on the question number in the list below or in the menu to the left. Collecting Student Scores Teachers must collect scores from each student’s computer. If the student logs off or shuts down the computer before the teacher collects the score, the student can recall their score by logging back into the system and clicking on the correct test. Teachers must ensure that students submit their test and record scores at the conclusion of the test.
