Lessons Learned The Jordanian female soldier has proven that she is well qualified and able to keep up with the female soldiers from other armies The Jordanian experience has shown the capability of the JFET to give hope to the Afghan woman and to educate her about different aspects of life.

Proving for the Afghan society how important is the role of female soldier in the country future and its not against religion. The Jordanian experience has enhanced the ability of the Jordanian female soldier to work in a real operational environment. Lessons Learned

The Jordanian female soldier has had a great role in bridging the cultural gap between the ISAF and the local communities. The Jordanian experience has positively changed the traditional image of woman and has highlighted the tolerant and moderate perspectives of Islam towards woman and her role in societies and that Islam refuses and denounces the violation of woman’s rights. Lessons Learned

The presence of the unarmed, modest Jordanian female soldier whose behavior reflects the bright image of moderate Islam has contributed to the acceptance of her by the Afghan people. The gentle treatment and the humanitarian practices of the Jordanian female soldier towards the Afghan children and women has considerably contributed to the acceptance of the Jordanian female soldier by the local communities. Lessons Learned
