22 Team 1 Governor Zonal Coordinators Rotary Program Coordinators Club Directors / Committee chairs 9 Zones - 10 Clubs in each Zone + 5 Committee / 5 Avenues of Service Each Committee in each zone is led by Governor Zonal Coordinator (9 X 5 = 45) In Each zone - each committee we have 6 focus areas supported by Rotary Program Coordinators Implement various Rotary programs /activities To coordinate with 5 Committee Chairs/Directors at club level

23 Team 2 Revenue District Coordinators Incoming Presidents & IPP 3 Strategic Priorities 16 Goals 12 Revenue Districts Develop long range sustainable goals Coordinate with IPP, President Elect, President Nominee at Club Level

24 Team 3 Assistant Governors Presidents, Secretaries, Treasurers Coordinate with club leaders - President, Secretary and Treasurer Ags will monitor mandatory Rotary aspects (official visits, club dues, elections etc.) Each Assistant Governor shall be assigned THREE Rotary Clubs

25 Team 4 Councillors, District Secretaries & District co-ordinators 11 District Secretaries coordinating for each wing monitor & Guided by District Chief Secretary Guided by Councillors (PDG/RI Officers) District Coordinators will support district secretariat on a Specific Assignment

31 Coming Up … More Training Around 50 Leaders have been trained in our District to provide further training to Clubs To Help Integrate and build working relationship between district and club officers To Educate by enhancing Rotary knowledge, Exchange ideas, To explore possibilities of more activites & Engage ourselves by Empowering us

More Training Plan to have 45 Zone wise Committee wise Training Programs (during June 2015) 5 Committees X 9 Zones = 45 programs Appeal to Governor Zonal Coordinator to organize the training at their Home Club’s regular weekly meeting (just 1 hour session) Opportunity for 45 clubs to host District event without any cost and effort
