THE PRIMARY SECTOR Raw materials (natural resources) 1. Extracted (mining, quarrying) 2. Grown (forestry, farming, breeding animals) 3. Collected (fishing)

THE SECONDARY SECTOR Manufacturing (turning raw materials into finished goods) Capital goods Consumer goods Building and construction
