Thin Client Model:  The terminal application is generic.  Interprets operational workflow to follow defined sequences and validations.  Use forms and parameters to show and capture data.  Local tables to validate and show information.  Automatic reversal for signaled transactions.  Application download module in the terminal. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Graphic environment for application development, allows:  Design operative workflow.  Define terminal user screens and selectable options.  Set required data at each node:  Screen position.  Maximum and Minimum data sizes.  Edition options.  Logic to direct flow according to selected options or variable data.  Set data fields used for each transaction. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Graphic testing environment:  Simulator to test applications without the terminal.  Virtual printer to see printed tickets.  Watch data variables while simulating.  Set a card file for virtual card swipe. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Application distribution:  Download in background.  Application files are distributed only when they are new or modified.  Screen graphics, input/output parameters, operational workflow, validation tables, are distributed.  It is possible to distribute the POS base application in compressed format.  Digital signatures are required for file authentication. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Message and Ticket support:  Configurable message formats:  ISO8583 and plain formats.  Centralized ticket setup and coding. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Merchants:  General and specific parameters (multi-currency, last four digits, ID, etc).  Merchant Chains.  Merchant Profiles: select allowed applications.  Application delivery profile: activation date and time.  Transaction amount limit.  Supervisor password for admin transactions (void, close batch, payments, card number manuel enter). Debit/CreditCorrespondent Banking BalanceOthers Customer Balance Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Applications:  Asociated to merchant profile.  More than one profile allowed.  Allowed transactions defined, check marks.  Applications allowed defined for each terminal, from the avalable transaction in mechant profile. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Transactions:  Transaction options.  Optional validations:  Merchant.  Terminal.  Transaction amount or activity limits.  Type:  Finantial: Debit or Credit.  Non Finantial.  Optional transation log.  Ticket format.  Activity limits per customer.  X  x Debit/CreditCorrespondent Bankign BalanceOthers Maximun amount per transaction Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Terminal:  Identified by electronic serial number.  Logic number in the merchant.  Model.  Location.  Maximum data length.  Active applications are selected.  Application main menu show active application at the terminal.  Change History: Location, defined applications. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

 Protocols:  Dial Up.  Internet.  TCP/IP.  GPRS/CDMA.  Software Interfaces:  MQ-Series.  Data-Queue.  Store Procedure.  WEB Services.  Change message formats, generic or proprietary.  Automatic reversal of timeout transactions. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

 Setup of critical data fields for encryption.  Internal Work Flow:  Defines operational sequence.  Transaction configuration for each operation.  Switch transactions to different hosts to authorize or complete the process.  Support for flexible business logics.  Communication SSL Support.  Support for PPP and POS Dial Up protocols.  Terminals do not store transactions, could be replaces without losing information. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

High availavility:  Data base replication.  Multiple Servers. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Transaction Monitoring:  Filter by application.  Field chooser.  Automatic refresh. Alarm monitoring:  Terminal inactivity.  Device status.  Paper sensor.  Audio alert. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Terminal monitoring:  Application, merchant, merchant profile, download profile, Location.  Serial number, transition quantity. Audit ability:  System Log ins.  Configuration change: Who, When, What, Before, After.  Filters. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Download monitoring:  Filters by application, merchant, merchant profile, download profile, Location..  Download status:  Updated.  Undating.  Pending.  Version control. Reports:  Dynamic filters.  Transaction details. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control

Reports:  Field Chooser.  Transactions quantity per application, terminal, local, transaction type.  Transaction statistics per application, terminal, local, transaction type.  Export data to Excel.  Obtained from a replicated data base from de operational data base. Solution Development Management Transaction Processing Monitor and Control
