Business Environment How many users? - Target market is the kids in rural areas and in the slum areas (teenagers) % of the people in Pakistan lives in the rural areas years: 36.7% of the population in rural areas - About 25,000,000 kids in the target age - Also in 2005 there was 26,613,494 people living in the slum areas in Pakistan - All of these kids are not in the need of this application so the real rate of users will be smaller.

Business Environment How many buyers? - There is 91,440,000 mobile phones in Pakistan - Potential buyers are the parents, organization, service operators and foundations - About 5,000,000 parents in Rural areas Calculated from the total fertility rate in Pakistan rural areas that is an average of 4.5 children - Seven mobile phone service providers in Pakista

Business Environment Other features - People are no familiar with the opportunities that there is in the phone. Mobile applications are not a big business - Price should be kept low as people in rural areas not have much money to spend. GDP per capita was $2,600 (2009 est.)
