Kadrina municipality industrial village

Kadrina industrial village is located compactly in a 21,5-hectare area in the north-east Kadrina. In that area the operating businesses own seven properties with a total area of ​​16,8 ha plot of land, a plot (1,38 ha) is still in state ownership. Physical Description and Details: The plot stands, in terms of location, along Kadrina small town and Tapa-Rakvere road (Sõmeru-Rakvere-Pärnu road T5). Alongside the plot there is Haka Plast Ltd production. There isn’t any existing buildings on the plot. Therefore the detail plans must be drawn. The connection points (electricity, water, sewerage), are situated inside the border. Benefits of the region: Infrastructure: Roads and streets are in normal situation.
