All grantees are required to use the tracking sheet provided by National CASA Auto-populated reports correspond directly to the semiannual grantee report Does the work for you No trying to figure out how to calculate what numbers to report Grantee Report Tracking Sheet

New Volunteers: A volunteer who is new to your program, in that they have not completed the recruitment, training, or swearing in process. Existing Volunteers: These are your veteran volunteers, who have already served kids in the past, or completed the recruitment, training or swearing in process outside of or before the grant. “New” vs. “Existing” Volunteers

Ineligible Youth If a child/youth is not eligible to be tracked under the grant, they should not be entered into the tracking sheet. They may be part of a sibling group that contains children/youth who meet the grant requirements, but if they themselves do not meet the requirements, they should not be tracked.
