Regular performance review meetings with the current service provider Annual Quality Audits (housekeeping, service delivery) Reliability Studies Cost Containment Risk Management Safety to all Users
Lift Plans Asset Surveys Completed 10 year lift plan in place Costs considered Tender Process to reveal competent contractors working to performance specifications.
How we will deliver Tenders will be sent to between 6-8 Lerch Bates approved lift contractors –How is a contractor approved Quality Assurance Reviews Safety Standards met/exceeded Site Surveys on completed works Financially Assessed Reputation /Longevity
Successful Contract Award Carry out tender evaluation that includes –Financial Return –Equipment Offered –Passed Project Delivery –CDM Compliance –Reliability
