Getting ready Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. It is always best to work in a clean area. Ensure bottle is clean and sterilized prior to first use. For further hand washing instructions, please click hereclick here 3

Gather your supplies Bottle Purified water Formula Warm water 4

Mixing formula Fill the clean, sterilized bottle with purified water to the level of ounces needed. For every 2 ounces of water, you will use 1 level, unpacked scoop of formula. Cap the bottle and shake well to mix. Conversion Chart 1 scoop of formula2 ounces of water 2 scoops of formula4 ounces of water 3 scoops of formula6 ounces of water 5

Warming bottle There are two ways to warm a bottle. Place the bottle in a bowl of warm water Hold the bottle under warm running water For alternative ways to warm bottles, go herego here Gently shake the bottle to distribute the warm water. Never warm a bottle in the microwave. This can create hot spots and burn the baby’s mouth. 6
