SACs, ELL Coordinators, TAs Attend their district’s in-person training(s) for ACCESS for ELLs test administration Independently complete the appropriate ACCESS for ELLs quizzes on the WIDA Website ( Handle assessment preparation, materials and administration in a professional and ethical manner Maintain security of materials and student responses
SACs and TAs must: Maintain the security and standardization of the assessment Do not leave materials unattended Do not view, discuss, or reveal the contents of the test or student responses Do not duplicate any portion of the test materials Do not retain or discard test materials at the school Ensure that students are not provided access to test questions prior to testing, or provided any coaching or assistance from TAs or other students, or do not engage in any form of cheating Ensure security by prohibiting visitors to the testing environment ACCESS Security Guidelines

SAC Certification Training: How to access the training modules and quizzes
Go to the WIDA website ( Log-in on the right side of the screen Click on “ACCESS for ELLs, Training Course & Quizzes” The green user-bar at the top of the page, helps you navigate the training modules and quizzes Utilize the two Test Administration Manuals (Grades 1-12, & Kindergarten) while taking the quizzes Once you have completed all applicable quizzes with a score of 80% or higher select “my quizzes” then “My Annual Quiz History” and send a hard copy or pdf. to Ronda Hanson
